First Haircut

Before

During

A little sucker bribery

After

Yesterday, Jesse and I took Payton to get her first haircut at a kids only hair salon. Payton was able to pick out which vehicle/animal she sat in to get her hair cut. She picked the jeep. Cynthia, the lady that cut her hair was awesome. She kept her distracted the whole time while cutting her hair and the time when Payton got a little fidgety, we had a sucker for back-up. Cynthia talked me out of cutting her bangs and recommended growing them out now if we can. She also gave me a few tips on keeping a bow in her hair. For a few extra dollars, we will definitely be visiting them again in the future.

Park Days

Sliding at the Park

Hey Max!

Hey Payton!

Posing by the rockwall

We were able to enjoy our first day at the park yesterday. I can't wait for more of these days to come. Of course, we started at the 2-5 year old playground and that lasted about 5 minutes. Our 2 little brave ones ventured over to the 5 + year old playground and I didn't get any pictures because Heather and I were on the slides with them the whole time. We had a blast and I think it made for a good night's sleep for everyone. Hope everyone is enjoying their own bit of sunshine this weekend.

Romp N Roll

Payton's fave part-the bubble machine

We have been going to Romp N Roll since Payton was 3 months old. We started out in the babies class and are now in a music and gym class. Even though we can't make it every week, everytime we go, she has a blast! It is so educational and so much fun for both of us!

Here are some pics of our last trip:

Valentines Day 2010

our valentine 1 year ago! oh, how she has changed!

hanging out with daddy on valentines day! (notice his camo onesie behind him)

my best friend max. got flowers for the 2nd year in a row from him! i love you max!

This was mine and Jesse's 12th Valentines Day together. They just keep getting better because our little Valentine fills our hearts with so much love everyday. The best present yesterday was having Jesse home (he's been spending endless hours at the tax office this tax season) and being reminded everyday of how great of a father he is to my baby!
